Ingredients
- 2 C Bisquick
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/4 C margarine
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 C Cool Whip
- Fruit: blueberries, grapes, peaches, kiwi, etc.
- 1/2 C apple jelly (not mint flavored
Directions
Mix Bisquick and sugar; cut in margarine until crumbly. Press firmly into an ungreased pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees until light brown, about 12 - 15 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese and Cool Whip; spread over crust. Arrange fruit in circles over top. Heat jelly until melted. Brush over fruit to glaze. Refrigerate a least 2 hours before serving. I've never tried this particular recipe, but I've had others. Personally, I think I'd use a store-bought refrigerated cookie dough for the crust
