Ingredients

  • 1 71/2-oz. can crab meat
  • 3 gr. onions, snipped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 jumbo mushroom caps, washed and dried
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top of mushrooms

Directions

Drain crab meat; remove cartilage. Mix the crab with onion and 1/4 parmesan cheese with mayonnaise. Lightly saute' mushroom caps in butter. Remove from pan and drain. Stuff caps with crab mixture. Place in an ungreased shallow pan. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 5 min. Sprinkle caps with the remainging parmesan and BROIL for three minutes. Makes 12.
