Ingredients:
1 71/2-oz. can crab meat3 gr. onions, snipped 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise 12 jumbo mushroom caps, washed and dried 1/2 cup butter or margarine Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top of mushrooms
Directions:
Drain crab meat; remove cartilage. Mix the crab with onion and 1/4 parmesan cheese with mayonnaise. Lightly saute' mushroom caps in butter. Remove from pan and drain. Stuff caps with crab mixture. Place in an ungreased shallow pan. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 5 min. Sprinkle caps with the remainging parmesan and BROIL for three minutes. Makes 12. |
