Ingredients
- Select a variety of crisp and colorful vegetables to serve as dippers:
- Sliced cauliflowerets
- Cherry tomatoes with stems
- Whole fresh mushrooms
- Celery sticks
- Cucumber wedges
- Carrot sticks
- Green onions with tops
- Brocoli flowerets
- Crab Dip
- 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/4 c. cocktail sauce
- 2 tsps. prepared mustard
- 1- 7 1/2 oz. can crab meat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed
- 1/3 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 Tbsps. snipped parsley
Directions
Wash and prepare vegetables to serve as dippers. Arrange decoratively on a serving plate . Serve with Crab dip.(You can put the dip in a bowl in the middle of the plate, and arrange the vegetables around it.)
Crab Dip: Blend cream cheese with mayonnaise, cocktail sauce, and mustard. Stir in crab, celery, and parsley. cover; chill thoroughly. Makes 2 cups
