Ingredients

  • Select a variety of crisp and colorful vegetables to serve as dippers:
  • Sliced cauliflowerets
  • Cherry tomatoes with stems
  • Whole fresh mushrooms
  • Celery sticks
  • Cucumber wedges
  • Carrot sticks
  • Green onions with tops
  • Brocoli flowerets
  • Crab Dip
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 c. cocktail sauce
  • 2 tsps. prepared mustard
  • 1- 7 1/2 oz. can crab meat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsps. snipped parsley

Directions

Wash and prepare vegetables to serve as dippers. Arrange decoratively on a serving plate . Serve with Crab dip.(You can put the dip in a bowl in the middle of the plate, and arrange the vegetables around it.)

Crab Dip: Blend cream cheese with mayonnaise, cocktail sauce, and mustard. Stir in crab, celery, and parsley. cover; chill thoroughly. Makes 2 cups
