Vegetable Dippers Recipe

Ingredients:
Select a variety of crisp and colorful vegetables to serve as dippers:
Sliced cauliflowerets
Cherry tomatoes with stems
Whole fresh mushrooms
Celery sticks
Cucumber wedges
Carrot sticks
Green onions with tops
Brocoli flowerets
Crab Dip
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. cocktail sauce
2 tsps. prepared mustard
1- 7 1/2 oz. can crab meat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed
1/3 c. finely chopped celery
2 Tbsps. snipped parsley

Directions:
Wash and prepare vegetables to serve as dippers. Arrange decoratively on a serving plate . Serve with Crab dip.(You can put the dip in a bowl in the middle of the plate, and arrange the vegetables around it.)

Crab Dip: Blend cream cheese with mayonnaise, cocktail sauce, and mustard. Stir in crab, celery, and parsley. cover; chill thoroughly. Makes 2 cups
