• One 16oz can green beans (drained)
  • One 16oz can yellow-wax beans (drained)
  • One 5oz can sliced waterchestnuts (drained)
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 small jar pimento
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 2 taqblespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt


Combine vegetables in marinating bowl.
In shaker jar, combine dressing ingredients and shake well. Pour over beans. Cover and marinate several hours or overnight
