Chinese Bean Salad Recipe

  Chinese Salad

Ingredients:
One 16oz can green beans (drained)
One 16oz can yellow-wax beans (drained)
One 5oz can sliced waterchestnuts (drained)
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 small jar pimento
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons salad oil
2 taqblespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon celery salt

Directions:
Combine vegetables in marinating bowl.
In shaker jar, combine dressing ingredients and shake well. Pour over beans. Cover and marinate several hours or overnight
