Ingredients
- 1 c cooked orzo
- 1/2 c sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c chopped sweet red bell pepper
- 1/4 c chopped green onions
- 1 (4-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 2 tb chopped fresh parsley
- 1 ts basil
- 1 ts oregano
- 1 ts garlic powder
- 1 ts olive oil
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 1/2 ts dry mustard
- 1/4 ts white pepper
Directions
Combine first 9 ingredients. Toss lightly. Combine oil, vinegar, mustard and pepper and mix well. Pour over orzo mixture and toss lightly. Cover tightly and chill for several hours.
