• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 7 oz. canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 can lump crab meat
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. tobasco
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (or just mix basil and oregano)


Mix all the ingredients and bake in a small casserole dish for about 20 minutes at 350. Serve with Triscuit crackers or Wheat Thins that have been warmed in the oven.
