Ingredients
- fresh salmon, grilled
- fruit salsa
- almond rice (heated)
- Salsa:
- 2 cups diced mango
- 2 cups diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup kiwi
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 2 tb. rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Grill salmon and place on top of heated almond rice, top with fruit salsa and you are ready to eat.
