Ingredients

  • fresh salmon, grilled
  • fruit salsa
  • almond rice (heated)
  • Salsa:
  • 2 cups diced mango
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 1/2 cup kiwi
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 2 tb. rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Grill salmon and place on top of heated almond rice, top with fruit salsa and you are ready to eat.
