Grilled Salmon with Mango Pineapple Salsa Over Almond Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
fresh salmon, grilled
fruit salsa
almond rice (heated)

Salsa:

2 cups diced mango
2 cups diced pineapple
1/2 cup kiwi
1/2 cup cilantro
2 tb. rice vinegar
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Grill salmon and place on top of heated almond rice, top with fruit salsa and you are ready to eat.
