Ingredients
- Crust
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
- 1st layer
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2/3 c. powdered sugar
- 4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
- 2nd layer
- 2 boxes pistachio pudding(instant)
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Directions
Mix oleo, flour, sugar, and nuts. Press in the bottom of a 9x13-inch cake pan. bake 15-20 minutes in 350 degree F. oven.
Cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip. spread over cooked and cooled crust.
Beat together the pudding and milk for 1 minute; pour this over the 1st layer.
Spread 9 oz. of Cool Whip over the 2nd layer, then sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate
