Ingredients:
Crust1 stick oleo 1 c. flour 2 Tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. chopped nuts 1st layer 8 oz. cream cheese 2/3 c. powdered sugar 4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip 2nd layer 2 boxes pistachio pudding(instant) 2 1/2 c. milk
Directions:
Mix oleo, flour, sugar, and nuts. Press in the bottom of a 9x13-inch cake pan. bake 15-20 minutes in 350 degree F. oven.Cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip. spread over cooked and cooled crust. Beat together the pudding and milk for 1 minute; pour this over the 1st layer. Spread 9 oz. of Cool Whip over the 2nd layer, then sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate |
