Ingredients
- 3 tb Cured ham, finely diced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tb Parsley, minced
- 1/2 Dried red chili pepper, seeded
- 1 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 ts Fruity olive oil
- 12 Medium mushroom caps
Directions
In a bowl mix together the ham, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, and olive oil. Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture, arrange in a baking dish [may be prepared ahead], and bake at 350x F for 15 minutes.
