Ham Filled Mushroom Caps Recipe | |

Ingredients:
3 tb Cured ham, finely diced 2 Cloves Garlic, minced 2 tb Parsley, minced 1/2 Dried red chili pepper, seeded 1 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper 2 ts Fruity olive oil 12 Medium mushroom caps
Directions:
In a bowl mix together the ham, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, and olive oil. Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture, arrange in a baking dish [may be prepared ahead], and bake at 350x F for 15 minutes. |
