Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup shredded medium Cheddar cheese, room temperature
- 1 (8 oz.) jar sharp cold pack cheese spread
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablepoons grated onion
- 1 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Combine cheeses, milk, and Tabasco until smooth. Add onion and 3/4 cup of the almonds. Form into a log or ball. Chill 15 minutes. Combine remaining almonds and parsley; coat log in parsley mixture. Wrap well in plastic wrap. Refrigerate several hours or overnight
