Almond Cheese Log Recipe

  Appetizer

Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup shredded medium Cheddar cheese, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) jar sharp cold pack cheese spread
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 tablepoons grated onion
1 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Combine cheeses, milk, and Tabasco until smooth. Add onion and 3/4 cup of the almonds. Form into a log or ball. Chill 15 minutes. Combine remaining almonds and parsley; coat log in parsley mixture. Wrap well in plastic wrap. Refrigerate several hours or overnight
