I've made these for my son's class and they loved them! To transport, I did use mini muffin tins to hold them upright. You may have to leave every other hole empty to get them to fit in right. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 cake mix any flavor
- flat bottom cake cones
- your choice of frosting
- Assorted sprinkles (if desired)
Directions
Take any cake mix and prepare as directed. Take flat bottom cake cones and fill up 2/3 the way (or more if you want higher tops). You can stand these up in either muffin tins or a 13X9 pan and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or longer depending on your oven.
Cool completely and then frost. To make these look really authentic, take a pastry bag with a very wide tip and pipe in a spiral.
