Ingredients

  • 1 can hearts of palm, cut into 1/2" slices
  • 1 pound mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 T chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large glass jar
Shake to blend
Marinate for several hours
