Ingredients:
1 can hearts of palm, cut into 1/2" slices1 pound mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed 1 can artichoke hearts 1/2 cup wine vinegar 1 T chopped parsley 1/2 tsp white pepper 1 clove garlic 2/3 cup olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large glass jarShake to blend Marinate for several hours |
