This is too easy to make to be this good.......


  • One portabello mushroom
  • Brie cheese
  • Mayonaisse
  • Garlic salt
  • One hamburger bun
  • Olive oil


Using a grill pan or non-stick, pour a little oil in the pan and warm the mushroom over medium the meantime, mix a tablespoon of mayonaisse with a little garlic salt or seasoned salt......warm the brie lightly in the oven and then spread over half of the bun......spread some of the garlic mayonaisse over the other half of the bun.......once the mushroom is hot/warm, sandwich it between the two buns.........simple and delish!
