Portabello mushroom sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
One portabello mushroom
Brie cheese
Mayonaisse
Garlic salt
One hamburger bun
Olive oil

Directions:
Using a grill pan or non-stick, pour a little oil in the pan and warm the mushroom over medium heat......in the meantime, mix a tablespoon of mayonaisse with a little garlic salt or seasoned salt......warm the brie lightly in the oven and then spread over half of the bun......spread some of the garlic mayonaisse over the other half of the bun.......once the mushroom is hot/warm, sandwich it between the two buns.........simple and delish!
This is too easy to make to be this good.......
