Serve with Spiced Butternut Whip.


  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 T. molasses
  • 2 T. cider vinegar
  • 1 t. ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 center-cut pork chops (8 oz each), 1 inch thick


Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add chops and set aside 30 minutes to marinate, turning twice. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place chops in a shallow roasting pan to fit. Bake 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with the marinade, turning once.
