Baked Maple Pork Chops Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1/3 cup pure maple syrup1/3 cup Dijon mustard 2 T. molasses 2 T. cider vinegar 1 t. ground cumin Salt and pepper to taste 4 center-cut pork chops (8 oz each), 1 inch thick
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add chops and set aside 30 minutes to marinate, turning twice. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place chops in a shallow roasting pan to fit. Bake 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with the marinade, turning once. Serve with Spiced Butternut Whip.
