Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie crust
 - Filling:
 - 1 cup dairy sour cream
 - 3 eggs
 - 2/3 cup sugar
 - 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1/2 teaspoon cloves
 - 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
 - 1/2 tespoon ginger
 - 1/4 cup chopped pecans
 - 12 pecan halves
 
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. For filling: Combine sour cream, eggs, sugar, pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger in medium bowl. Stir until blended. Set aside.
 
 Bake empty pie shell at 375 degrees F for 8 minutes. Sprinkle chopped nuts over bottom. Pour filling over nuts. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Garnish with nut halves. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature before serving
