Sour Cream Pumpkin Pie Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 9-inch pie crustFilling: 1 cup dairy sour cream 3 eggs 2/3 cup sugar 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon cloves 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 tespoon ginger 1/4 cup chopped pecans 12 pecan halves
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. For filling: Combine sour cream, eggs, sugar, pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger in medium bowl. Stir until blended. Set aside.Bake empty pie shell at 375 degrees F for 8 minutes. Sprinkle chopped nuts over bottom. Pour filling over nuts. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Garnish with nut halves. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature before serving |
