Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz shredded crab meat or imitation
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • horseradish to taste

Directions

mix soften cream cheese and crabmeat together, add onion and finaly horseradish ( I use about 1/2 bottle)
form into a ball chill for 3-4 hours or overnight
serve with crackers
