Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe plantains (ripe plantains normally have black skin and should have lots of give to them when gentle squeezed)
  • Oil for cooking

Directions

Slice plantains diagonally, about 1/4 of an inch thick. Heat oil til very hot. Add plantains, but do not overfill pan. Fry until golden and then turn over and fry other side until golden. Serve immediately.
