Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground venison
  • 1/4 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

Combine ground venison, pork sausage, egg, 3/4 cup of Krispies, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Mix together brown sugar, onion, catsup, nutmeg, and mustard. Add 1/2 of this mixture to the ground meat mixture. Mix well. Shape meat into round balls and place in baking dish. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with the 1/4 cup Krispies. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
