Barbecued Venison Burger Krispies Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground venison1/4 lb. pork sausage 1 egg 1 cup Rice Krispies 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. chopped onion 3 Tbsp. brown sugar 1/4 cup catsup 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions:
Combine ground venison, pork sausage, egg, 3/4 cup of Krispies, salt, and pepper. Mix well.Mix together brown sugar, onion, catsup, nutmeg, and mustard. Add 1/2 of this mixture to the ground meat mixture. Mix well. Shape meat into round balls and place in baking dish. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with the 1/4 cup Krispies. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes. | |
