Ingredients
- 8 oz. flour
- 8 oz. bread crumbs(sifted)
- 1 lb. brown sugar
- 1 lb. beef suet, chopped fine
- 1 lb currants
- 1 lb. raisins
- 1/2 lb. citron
- 6 eggs, beaten very light
- 1 nutmeg, grated
- a little salt
- 1 small carrot, grated
Directions
Wet the bag or mould with boiling water. Sprinkle well with flour.Put in the pudding and tie up securely. Boil or steam gently for six hours.
