Ingredients
- 1 large loaf french bread
- 1 stick room temp. butter or sub.
- 4 Large poratbella caps cut into 1/4 inch dice
- 2 cups grated mozarella or provalone
- 1/2 cup parmesan(optional)
- 2 packs fresh sprouts
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cut the bread in half. Spread butter or sub. onto the cut side. Place on a baking sheet, and top the bread with the mushrooms,cheese(s) and bake until bread becomes crisp.
Remove from the oven and top with sprouts and serve!
