Aunt Veiga's Portabella bread Recipe

  Italian Bread

Ingredients:
1 large loaf french bread
1 stick room temp. butter or sub.
4 Large poratbella caps cut into 1/4 inch dice
2 cups grated mozarella or provalone
1/2 cup parmesan(optional)
2 packs fresh sprouts

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cut the bread in half. Spread butter or sub. onto the cut side. Place on a baking sheet, and top the bread with the mushrooms,cheese(s) and bake until bread becomes crisp.
Remove from the oven and top with sprouts and serve!
