Ingredients

  • 2 c. water
  • 1 3/4 to 2 c. sugar
  • 4 c. cranberries (16 oz)

Directions

Combine water & sugar in large saucepan. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil rapidly for 5 minutes. Add cranberries & return to boil. Cook, uncovered, over high heat 5 to 6 minutes, or til skins pop. Remove from heat. Serve warm or chilled with meat.
