Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • dash salt

Directions

Mix Well (NO Lumps)
Put a little oil in frying pan
Pour batter in and swirl to make a very thin pancake
Cook til almost done (Golden crispy on edges)
Turn over and finish cooking
Spread with jelly or cinnamon sugar and roll up.
