Ingredients

  • 2 C. YELLOW ONION
  • 2 SHALLOTS W/TOPS
  • 3 GARLIC TOES
  • 1 CUT UP CHICKEN
  • 1 CUT UP HILSHIRE FARMS SMOKED SAUSAGE (BROWNED TO REMOVE FAT)
  • SALT
  • PEPPER
  • RED PEPPER
  • 1/4 C OIL
  • 1/4 C FLOUR

Directions

1/4 C. OIL AND 1/4 C. FLOUR IN DUTCH OVEN. STIR UNTIL MAHOGANY COLORED. ADD VEGGIES AND STIR UNTIL ONION IS CLEAR. ADD MEAT TO DUTCHOVEN AND BROWN FOR A FEW MINUTES. ADD SEASONING AND COVER WITH WATER. COOK UNTIL CHICKEN IS COOKED.
