Ingredients
- 2 C. YELLOW ONION
- 2 SHALLOTS W/TOPS
- 3 GARLIC TOES
- 1 CUT UP CHICKEN
- 1 CUT UP HILSHIRE FARMS SMOKED SAUSAGE (BROWNED TO REMOVE FAT)
- SALT
- PEPPER
- RED PEPPER
- 1/4 C OIL
- 1/4 C FLOUR
Directions
1/4 C. OIL AND 1/4 C. FLOUR IN DUTCH OVEN. STIR UNTIL MAHOGANY COLORED. ADD VEGGIES AND STIR UNTIL ONION IS CLEAR. ADD MEAT TO DUTCHOVEN AND BROWN FOR A FEW MINUTES. ADD SEASONING AND COVER WITH WATER. COOK UNTIL CHICKEN IS COOKED.
