  • 2 LBS BONELESS CHICKEN
  • 2 LBS BONELESS COUNTRY PORK RIBS
  • 2 MED. YELLOW ONIONS
  • 3 GARLIC TOES
  • 3 RIBS CELERY
  • 1/4 C OIL

Directions

1/4 C OIL IN DUTCH OVEN BROWN EACH OF THE MEATS SEPARATELY PUT ON PLATE
ADD ALL THE VEGETABLES AT ONCE AND STIR UNTIL ONION IS TRANSPARENT
AFTER THE VEGGIES ARE BROWN ADD MEAT BACK INTO POT
ADD 3 CUPS RICE, 1 TEASPOON SALT PEPPER, RED PEPPER
3 TO 3-1/2 C WATER
COOK FOR 1/2 TO AN HOUR
