Directions:
1/4 C OIL IN DUTCH OVEN BROWN EACH OF THE MEATS SEPARATELY PUT ON PLATEADD ALL THE VEGETABLES AT ONCE AND STIR UNTIL ONION IS TRANSPARENT AFTER THE VEGGIES ARE BROWN ADD MEAT BACK INTO POT ADD 3 CUPS RICE, 1 TEASPOON SALT PEPPER, RED PEPPER 3 TO 3-1/2 C WATER COOK FOR 1/2 TO AN HOUR UNKNOWN
SERVE WITH CHILLED WINE. FRENCH BREAD W/BUTTER. SALAD.
