Ingredients
- 1 turkey carcus
- 1 bunch celery
- minced onion
- 4 ckn boulion cubes
- carrotts
- egg noodles
Directions
Fill large pot with water to cover turkey carcus. Boil for 2 hrs. Remove bones and strain the broth. Return broth to pot and add 2 Tbsp dried minced onion, 4 ckn boulion cubes 2 tsp parsley(optional) Slice celery from the top 1/2 way down and chop, add to broth. Add carrotts peeled and sliced, more water fill pot to 3/4 and Cook for 1 hour. Add salt and pepper to taste and the turkey from the bones (which you removed) and 1/2 a bag of egg noodles(about 8 oz)
Cook for an additional 1/2 hr. til noodles are done
