- 2 C. drained caers
- 1 C. lemon juice
- 34 C. tarragon
- 2 C. dijon mustard
- 8 oz. chopped parsley
- 4 tsp. white pepper
- 5# (5 lb.) sour cream
- 16 C. mayonaise
