remoulade Recipe

  Sauces

Ingredients:
process to paste,
8 oz. ancovie
3 oz. garlic

add to coarsely chopped,
48 oz. rained sweet pickles
2 C. drained caers
1 C. lemon juice
34 C. tarragon
2 C. dijon mustard
8 oz. chopped parsley
4 tsp. white pepper
5# (5 lb.) sour cream
16 C. mayonaise

Directions:
it's a restaraunt recipe, and after i got typing i realized i didnt break it down, sorry. my math sucks anyway.
