Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup capers
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Pumpernickel bread

Directions

Mix ingredients together. Garnish with additional capers and serve raw with thinly sliced pumpernickel.
