Steak Tartare Recipe

  French Beef

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup capers
1/2 cup minced onion
2 tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Pumpernickel bread

Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Garnish with additional capers and serve raw with thinly sliced pumpernickel.
