Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup capers
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 2 tsp salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Pumpernickel bread
Directions
Mix ingredients together. Garnish with additional capers and serve raw with thinly sliced pumpernickel.
