Ingredients
- 2 c. Graham Cracker
- 3 sticks butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. xxx sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 3 bananas
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 large tub cool whip
Directions
Mix graham cracker crumbs with 1 stick margarine, melted. Spread in a 9x13 pan. Bake 8 minutes at 350
Mix sugar, eggs, margarine and vanilla in large bowl on high. Spread on prepared graham cracker crust.
Slice bananas in colander, pour pineapple over and let drain. Put fruit mixture as next layer. Spread cool whip on top of fruit and garnish with maraschino cherries and nuts.
Keep refrigerated.
