You could probably frost with cool whip instead
Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Stir with a spoon and pour into a 9 x 11 cake pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until done with toothpick test. Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
