Ingredients

  • sliced white bread
  • sliced brown bread
  • smoked salmon
  • very finely sliced cucumber
  • chives
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • cream cheese
  • butter or marg
  • fresh dill

Directions

Cut crusts off bread, make a three tier sandwhich, say, 2 slices white. To your cream cheese,, add dill, pepper and chives. On 1 slice put your salmon and finely sliced cucumber, put your next slice on top, then to that spread cream cheese, then the top slice, cut into fingers, you get 2 fingers,
