This is a delicious and hearty soup. Lovely for luncheon served with a salad of seasonal greens and mandrin oranges.


  • can of campbell's cream of tomato soup
  • can of campbell's green pea soup
  • soup can of cream or half & half
  • fresh or frozen lobster meat
  • sherry


marinate lobster meat in sherry
mix undiluted soups and cream or half & half until well
Add drained lobster and 1 or 2 tbs of the sherry {to taste}
Heat and serve
