This is a delicious and hearty soup. Lovely for luncheon served with a salad of seasonal greens and mandrin oranges.
Ingredients
- can of campbell's cream of tomato soup
- can of campbell's green pea soup
- soup can of cream or half & half
- fresh or frozen lobster meat
- sherry
Directions
marinate lobster meat in sherry
mix undiluted soups and cream or half & half until well
blended
Add drained lobster and 1 or 2 tbs of the sherry {to taste}
Heat and serve
