Ingredients
- 1 cup Apricot or Peach preserves
- 2 Tbls. Cider vinegar
- 2 Tbls. Ketchup
- 1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher.
Cook uncovered in microwave oven 2-1/2 to 3 minutes at High:Stir once.
About 1-1/4 cups
