Ingredients:
1 cup Apricot or Peach preserves2 Tbls. Cider vinegar 2 Tbls. Ketchup 1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher.Cook uncovered in microwave oven 2-1/2 to 3 minutes at High:Stir once. About 1-1/4 cups
